All-Stars are a pandisability football club based in Wiltshire, dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and most importantly fun environment where everyone can enjoy the beautiful game.
We are more than just a football club. More than just a kickabout. More than just a hobby.
Why? Because football is more than just the beautiful game, it opens doors. It creates friendships, builds social skills, unlocks hidden talents, and provides a safe space for people to express themselves freely. At AllStars, those opportunities are open to everyone.

About The Founder, Henry Townsend

Hello, my name is Henry Townsend, and this is the motivation behind All-Stars.
Growing up with my older brother Louis, who has a neurodivergent condition, I developed a strong understanding of the extra support some people need to feel comfortable, confident, and included. Louis is the most cheerful and friendly person I know, and I’ve been lucky enough to watch him grow into someone who brings joy to everyone around him. I truly believe that the sports and hobbies we shared while growing up played a huge role in the people we have become today.
Football has always been special to us. It has given us unforgettable memories, watching our team be promoted at Wembley to our first away day trip. The thrill walking through the turnstiles, the atmosphere and the limbs of a last minute winner. Pure cinema, what life is about.
On a personal note I have experienced playing with friends, family, and even strangers who later became some of my closest mates. My point is, without football, many of those relationships simply wouldn’t exist.
Within the SEND community, there are so many talented, kind, and genuine people who deserve the chance to socialise, express themselves, and feel that togetherness a team has. Life is full of missed opportunities and “what ifs” and that is why now is the time for me to begin this journey, take that shot, and turn “what if” into reality.
